Trans-Oil Participates in the "Baltic Grains & Oils Conference" 2025

On April 16-17, 2025, Trans-Oil Group had the honor of participating in the prestigious Baltic Grains & Oils Conference, held in Riga, Latvia. The conference gathered leading experts and professionals from the agriculture and oilseed processing sectors, representing the Baltic region, Central and Eastern Europe, providing an excellent opportunity for the exchange of ideas and best practices.

Representing Trans-Oil Group at this event were senior management members, alongside Mr. Viktor Zhukovskyi, the operational manager of the processing and refining segment in the Republic of Moldova, who was invited to deliver a presentation at the conference. In the session organized by our technological partners Vyncke and Bühler, Mr. Zhukovskyi addressed the topic "Biomass-Based Solutions for Steam Generation in Edible Oil Plants", emphasizing the importance of using renewable energy sources in the processing industry.

The main objective of Trans-Oil Group’s participation in this conference was to promote the use of biomass as the primary source for steam generation in industrial processes and for electricity generation from steam. This represents a key strategic direction in reducing dependence on external energy sources and increasing energy efficiency within the Group’s operations.

The advanced technologies provided by our partners Vyncke and Bühler play a crucial role in improving production processes, optimizing the input/output balance, performance analysis, and enhancing energy efficiency, thus contributing to the long-term sustainability of the industry.
