At Trans-Oil Group of Companies, we value open communication and are committed to addressing concerns and grievances promptly and respectfully. We welcome input from all stakeholders – internal and external – including employees, management, customers, suppliers, contractors, community members and other third parties.
We encourage you to submit freely, and without fear of negative consequences, any grievances, concerns or suggestions related to our company’s performance, practices and impacts. Grievances, concerns and suggestion can also be raised anonymously, and can relate to topics including, but not limited to:
🌱 Sustainability and environmental practices;
🏭 Labor conditions, workplace safety, human rights, incidents of discrimination or violence;
⚖️ Ethical conduct, compliance and integrity;
🏘️ Community relations and social responsibility;
📦 Supply chain and contractor behavior;
🏢 Workplace culture, inclusion and professional development.

Upon receipt of a grievance, an acknowledgment will be sent to the complainant within 5 working days. The relevant department will investigate the grievance within 10 working days. A formal response detailing the resolution and corrective actions will be communicated to the complainant within 15 days. In some cases, when additional time is required for investigation, the complainant will be informed of the delay along with an estimated timeframe for resolution.
We are committed to maintaining a responsible and ethical business environment in which every voice is heard and every complaint is taken into account.
All grievances will be treated confidentially and without fear of retaliation. We will regularly update you on the progress of your grievance, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the process.
Anonymous grievances will also be taken seriously. We will make every effort to investigate, follow up and implement appropriate solutions. However, due to the nature of anonymous submissions, there may be limitations in our ability to provide specific responses, remedies or follow-up.
