If you have a grievance, concern or suggestion regarding our sustainability practices, we encourage you to voice them and engage with us in an open dialogue. Upon receipt of a grievance, an acknowledgment will be sent to the complainant within 5 working days. The relevant department will investigate the grievance within 10 working days. A formal response detailing the resolution and corrective actions will be communicated to the complainant within 15 days. In some cases, when additional time is required for investigation, the complainant will be informed of the delay along with an estimated timeframe for resolution.
All complaints will be treated confidentially, and we will regularly update you on their progress. We are committed to maintaining a responsible and ethical business environment in which every voice is heard and every complaint is taken into account.
