     Given the appearance in the press of  the information regarding the closure of the "Floarea Soarelui" crushing facility, which is part of "Trans-Oil" group of companies, we consider it is important to clarify the following aspects.
     At this moment, it is not the intention to close down the facility, but rather a temporary, short-term suspension of crushing activity during the replenishment of raw materials and conducting of technical maintenance works. 
     Regardless of the temporary suspension of the production activity, we will fully ensure the domestic market of the country with quality sunflower oil in the necessary volumes. 
     We take this opportunity to reiterate our openness and willingness to provide objective information, and we hope that various interpretations that mislead public opinion will be excluded in the future.
