Trans-Oil Group is pleased to introduce our grievance mechanism, aimed at ensuring transparency, accountability and open dialogue with all our stakeholders.

This mechanism provides a structured process for submitting grievances and suggestions, and ensures that they are addressed in a timely and fair manner.

What issues can be reported?

We encourage you to use this mechanism to submit various complaints and suggestions related to:

• Environmental aspects – environmental pollution, resource and waste management, impact on biodiversity, etc.

• Social aspects – labour rights, human rights issues, impact on local communities, etc.

• Occupational health and safety – working conditions, hazardous situations, etc.

• Ethical and corporate aspects – business ethics, compliance, conflicts of interest, etc.

Upon receipt of a grievance, an acknowledgment will be sent to the complainant within 5 working days. The relevant department will investigate the grievance within 10 working days. A formal response detailing the resolution and corrective actions will be communicated to the complainant within 15 days. In some cases, when additional time is required for investigation, the complainant will be informed of the delay along with an estimated timeframe for resolution.

All complaints will be treated confidentially, and we will regularly update you on their progress. We are committed to maintaining a responsible and ethical business environment in which every voice is heard and every complaint is taken into account.
