On the night of December 22–23, 2025, drone and missile attacks targeted port infrastructure in the Odesa region, including the Reni/Izmail area. Public reports indicate that port infrastructure and administrative buildings in Reni were damaged, while Odesa saw damage to a civilian vessel and power supply disruptions.
In response to these regional events, Trans Oil Group assures all stakeholders, especially investors, that our active asset base remains intact and secure.
We confirm that Trans Oil Group’s infrastructure was not damaged.
