Dear representatives of the press

During the show "Secrets of Power" („Secretele Puterii”) broadcast as of June 21, 2023, at 8:00 p.m., isuued on Jurnal TV, some accusations were voiced against the "Trans-Oil" Group of Companies and its alleged connections with Vlad Plahotniuc.

We want to address immediately these accusations promptly and with total transparency and, as it has been stated and explained previously and repeatedly, the accusations that suggest any connections with Vlad Plahotniuc are totally unfounded and are part of a series of actions, which they aim to denigrate the image and to damage the company. We reiterate that the "Trans-Oil" Group of Companies has always respected the highest ethical and professional standards, carrying out its activity in strict accordance with the legal provisions. 

Therefore, we firmly state that these accusations are absolutely unfounded and we assure all partners and customers, as well as the public opinion, that "Trans-Oil" Group of Companies has been and remains devoted to the constant values of integrity, transparency and honesty.
